David has worked in real estate for over 30 years, with a wealth of experience in residential and commercial/industrial sales and leasing across Sydney’s West and Inner Western suburbs. Having gained success with leading agencies and franchise groups over the years, David established Ideal Property Agents in 2018 as a boutique agency with a forward-thinking approach and a focus on personal service.

He is committed to providing honest and informed advice to his clients, working closely with them throughout the process and using his strong negotiation skills to achieve the maximum price. He takes particular pride in the numerous referrals and repeat business he receives, with past clients often seeking his advice many years after selling or buying through him.

David is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer; a qualified Valuer and Property Manager; a Member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW; and a Member of the EAC Estate Agents Co-Operative. Having spent most of his life in Sydney’s West, David has exceptional local knowledge and a strong commitment to the area which he continues to call home.
